To further promote the comprehensive rectification of magnesium product enterprises in Dashiqiao City, the Dashiqiao Environmental Protection Bureau, in conjunction with the Public Security Environmental Protection Brigade and the Nanlou Development Zone Government, conducted a nighttime inspection of illegal polluting enterprises in Nanlou Development Zone on May 28, 2017.

During the inspection, it was found that some enterprises still showed signs of production. The supervisory personnel of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau have conducted on-site sealing of enterprises such as Shengshen Refractory Material Factory and Xingxu Refractory Material Factory in Yingkou Nanlou, and delivered the "Notice of Yingkou Municipal People's Government on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Environmental Governance of Magnesium Products Enterprises in Yingkou City in 2017" (Yingzhengfa [2017] No. 17), requiring enterprises to complete rectification and pass the acceptance of the environmental protection department before resuming production.
