The Silicon Carbide Ball Deoxidizer is manufactured from high-quality raw materials through crushing, screening, uniform mixing, briquetting, and drying processes. The product features a dense structure, uniform composition, and stable performance, making it an effective substitute for ferrosilicon in metallurgical applications.
During use, it offers fast reaction rates, dust-free operation, and improved working conditions, significantly enhancing process efficiency. Meanwhile, the heat released during the oxidation reaction can partially replace electrical energy consumption, thereby reducing overall energy usage and shortening smelting time.
The product is widely used in casting and steelmaking industries. It increases furnace temperature, shortens melting cycles, and provides both deoxidation and carburizing effects. In addition, it reduces useful metal oxides into metallic elements that are absorbed into molten steel, minimizing metal loss and improving yield. When producing alloy steels such as manganese steel and chromium steel, it also helps reduce the loss of Mn and Cr, thereby improving overall economic efficiency.
