During the production process of white corundum, workers often come into contact with electricity, high temperatures, machinery and equipment, and other production facilities. Therefore, workers in the white corundum workshop should always pay attention to safety precautions during production. Next is the safety knowledge of the white corundum production workshop prepared by the editor for everyone:
1. Electrical safety
Electric shock accidents often occur when workers in the white corundum workshop operate equipment, and the equipment operators have more contact with the machinery and equipment. Therefore, workers must require electricians to conduct leakage checks on the equipment every month; If any leakage or discharge phenomenon is found in the equipment, it should be reported in a timely manner to prevent accidents from occurring.
2. Falling accident
During the production of white corundum, the transportation of raw materials such as blocks must strictly follow the operating procedures. Workers must not stand under the blocks. If high-altitude operations are required, safety ropes must be tied. Equipment operators must always pay attention to the situation under the blocks. If any abnormalities are found, they should be stopped immediately.
3. Fire accident
The white corundum workshop is equipped with smelting equipment, so fire prevention is of utmost importance. High temperature equipment should not be touched by hand during operation and during shutdown. Workers need to install equipment usage standards during operation to prevent fires caused by improper operation.
4. Rolling accident
Pinching accidents are the most common incidents in the production workshop of Baigangyu, as workers often become careless and neglect positioning issues during production, causing equipment to pinch their body parts. If such incidents occur, they should immediately call for help, and operators should promptly shut down the equipment to prevent more serious accidents from happening.
