Fused calcium aluminate is a steelmaking auxiliary material produced from high-quality raw materials through high-temperature melting in an electric arc furnace. It provides strong deoxidation and desulfurization effects, effectively shortening the steelmaking time.
Sintered calcium aluminate is made from bauxite as the main raw material and calcined at around 1300°C. It features uniform composition, fast melting, and good fluidity, enabling rapid slag formation and simplifying the slagging process. The product is non-hygroscopic, non-pulverizing, environmentally friendly and dust-free, with stable performance, helping to shorten refining time, reduce power consumption, and improve production efficiency.
