High Purity Sintered Mullite is a mullite-based refractory material produced from high-grade bauxite or high-purity alumina and silica through multi-stage homogenization and high-temperature sintering above 1750°C. It is characterized by high mullite phase content, dense microstructure, and low impurity levels. The material exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance, creep resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.
It is widely used in high-end refractory products, high-temperature kiln linings, steel metallurgy, and advanced ceramic applications.
